Individual Therapy

Individual psychotherapy provides a safe and supportive space to identify and process feelings, beliefs, and goals. We utilize various therapeutic modalities in individual psychotherapy including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and others.

02.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for partners who are experiencing relationship distress as a result of a sex or porn addiction and/or betrayal. When engaging in couples therapy, it is highly encourage for each partner to see their own individual therapy in addition to attending the couples sessions. This is the most comprehensive and supportive care structure.

Therapeutic Disclosures

Formal therapeutic disclosures are extensive planned processes that allow the couple to forego the painful process of a “staggered disclosure.” The formal therapeutic disclosure process provides the couple with a foundation of honesty and paves the way for true and sustainable repair and recovery.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, Certified Addiction Professional, and an EMDR I/II Trained Clinician with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. I am extremely passionate about this work and I have dedicated my life to it.

I am most interested in working with individuals and couples who are motivated for change and are willing to do the hard work. Even if you don't think you can end a negative thought or behavior pattern, or you don't know how or where to begin, you can find peace and freedom through connection and support from others.
