Cancellation Policy

We encourage all of our clients to take their healing and recovery seriously and to treat their therapeutic process with the respect that it deserves.

Once you have a scheduled appointment, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.  Payment in full is due for any sessions cancelled within 48-hours. We will waive this fee in the event of a true emergency.

frequently asked questions

+ How do I know I would benefit from therapy?

Sex addiction, porn addiction, and betrayal trauma can create intense feelings of shame and self doubt. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to navigate these issues on your own. If you are unsure if your issues are severe enough to warrant seeking additional support, we are qualified to assess this and can do so during the free 15-minute consultation that we offer for all new clients as well as throughout the treatment process by way of formal therapuetic tools and measures such as the Sexual Addiction Screening Test (SAST) or the Post Traumatic Stress Inventory (PSTI).

+ How much does therapy cost if I pay out-of-pocket?

Therapy is an investment in yourself, your partnership, and your future. However, if cost is prohibitive, we do reserve some sessions at lower rates to make therapy as accessible as possible. Please contact us directly to discuss payment options and the availability of a sliding scale. Our current private-pay rates are exceptionally fair in comparison with other Florida providers with similar experience and credentials.
